Suggest Treatment For Small Fluid-filled Blisters On The Fingers And Toes

Question: Small fluid-filled blisters have appeared on my fingers and toes.They are very itchy at times.After they dry up cracks are formed on the skin.Can you please help me out.

Possible Dyshidrotic eczema.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I have worked through your attached images.

This possibly looks like dyshydrotic eczema.

This can be treated with topical steroid creams and oral antihistamines.

I generally prescribe topical ointments like Fluocinonide to be applied twice a day for 2 weeks along with oral pills of Deslor 10 mg at bedtime daily for 1 week.

These drugs are quite effective in reducing the itching as well.

Please check with your dermatologist if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.
