Brief Answer:
please provide more details and her reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern for your mother.

Only night time disturbance suggests possibility of dementia with behavioral problems or delirium due to some physical condition. If her brain scan is absolutely fine without any infarct or damage it is likely Alzheimer's dementia otherwise it is vascular dementia.

You can use dim night lamp at night in her room if you are not using. Keep a clock which shows time easily at night. You can put support on walls(handles , pipe fitting)from her way bed to bathroom.
In dementia apart form medicines these type of modifications are must.

I want to know few things from your side.

-At present which medicines are going on for dementia?

- Duration of dementia in her case?

-If feasible please upload her brain scan reports.

-Is there any other symptoms /disturbance apart from not able to use
walker?

- Is there any other physical condition for which treatment is going on?If
yes please provide details.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,

Dr.Chintan Solanki.
