Question: Hello these are skin lesions all over body could this be
mycosis fungoides I am really terrified

Mycosis fungiodes is a type of cutaneous lymphoma (usually a cutaneous T cell lymphoma, CTCL) that usually presents as asymptomatic, erythematous, scaly patches or hypopigmented lesions on covered body sites like buttocks, lower back, flanks etc.

Yes, this could be Mycosis Fungoides. Though the patches in MF look eczematous but they are asymptomatic unlike in eczema which is usually itchy. MF should be suspected particularly if the patches are persistent / increasing or not responding to routine eczema treatment with mosturizers and topical steroids. In your case I suggest a skin biopsy for routine histopathology and T cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangement study to look for clonality - an important marker of CTCL/ Mycosis fungoides.
Patch stage MF has a very good prognosis, nonetheless. So please don't worry and kindly ask your primary care doctor to refer you to a dermatologist.

so I went to a dermatologist and they took a biopsy so I have to wait 3 weeks for the results
