Question: My daughter is 19 months old and she has skin infection. Please advise.

Hello. I have been through your qiestion and understand your comcern.

While at this age, most of the skin infections are viral, meaning that there is no treatment but at the same time these are benign and self limitting which resolve in a week time.

A pediatrician consult is a must, because if he suspects otherwise, then you should consider bacterial infection which might need antibiotics. In that case the best recommendation os to have a skin speciemen and have a microbiological test and then begin the appropriate treatment.
