Question: Good evening,
I am a 35 y.o. male that occationally suffers from seasonal allergies. This past Saturday, something was upsetting my sinuses , sneezing, and congestion. I woke up Sunday morning and could breathe again but have since been suffering from Vertigo. It isn't all the time but when bending over or tipping my head to the side. I work and go back to school for 17 hours a day so getting to a Doctors office is a bit difficult. Is there a way to narrow down some of the possible causes or totaly elimanite some?

Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are a number of possible causes for dizziness but considering your medical history it is highly likely that it is related to your allergy.
Sinus congestion due to seasonal allergy causes a dysfunction in Eustachian tube ,which is a tube that connects the middle ear and throat.
When the sinus mucosa is swollen due to congestion ,it causes the eustachian tube to close and fluid is build up in middle ear. This can cause dizziness .

The treatment is based on relieving the congestion caused from allergy.Antihistamines are recommended.
-You can take Loratadine tab 10 mg once a day for 1-2 weeks combined with an nasal decongestionant (over the counter) for some days.

If the dizziness doesn't seem to improve despite the improvement of congestion symptoms, you should consult a physician and get examined.

Hope it is helpful to you.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind regards,
