Brief Answer:
No exercise... diclofenac sprays....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems like you developed muscle spasms / strain after sleeping in a wrong posture. I will advice exercising until the pain and swelling is gone. You can try warm compresses on the affected area. It will ease the pain to large extent.

In addition you can also use diclofenac cream or sprays. It is available as volini spray and cream. Relaxyl spray is an alternate brand. You can use either of the two.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need further assistance.
