Brief Answer:
Shoulder osteoarthritis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Unfortunately, it seems that you are suffering from shoulder osteoarthritis which is a degenerative disease of the shoulder joint leading to pain, loss of function and restricted movements.

Treatment should be initiated with an anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen combined with Ibuprofen or Diclofenac. Supplements such as glucosamine should be taken once daily together with rest and physical therapy.

If all these measures fail to relieve the symptoms, then surgical intervention is needed.
The choice of surgical procedure is selected by the orthopedist based on your age and associated health condition.

I hope you find this helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
