Brief Answer:
Pulmonary hypertension suspected,reports are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. You are saying to have done EKG and echocardiogram. Can you please upload the results so I can analyze them myself before running into final conclusions?

2. From what you are saying, pulmonary hypertension (PHTN) is suspected. This is why you currently are being treated with warfarin and tadalafil.

Actually, PHTN is a common complication of psoriatic arthritis although EKG or ECHO would have resulted normal.

Looking forward to have the reports in!

Following answer to your queries...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If you got an angiogram (i.e. heart catheterisation) will make the difference especially it will help in finding the right diagnosis.

Clopidogrel (Plavix) as an antiplatelet agent, isn't recommended to be used on patients with pulmonary hypertension. On the other hand warfarin as an anticoagulant agent is recommended in patients with pulmonary hypertension. The dose of Warfarin is titrated based on INR and plasma prothrombin time (INR should be on the range 2-3).

Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
There's no fix and predefined dose for warfarin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

The dose is variable from patient in patient. You should take a dose that keep your INR between 2-3. So there's no fix and predefined dose for warfarin. You should contact your doctor about the exact dose of warfarin (based on INR test results).

Wish you health!
