Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Post Nasal Drip

Question: When I shake my head I sense fluid in my ears. I have been congested since summer. I have been on antibiotics, nasal spray nettin pot, mucinex. Nothing helps. I had shortness of breath and was checked out by a pulmonary doctor, no issues. I have gotten dizzy several times. I never can get anything from my nose, just constant post nasal drip. Dizzy

I understand your concern

Your symptoms are suggestive of chronic inflammation of the sinus and nasal passages (sinusitis), polyp (growth in nasal passage).
There is communication between nasal passages and ear.
Inflammation of nasal passages affect the ears with accumulating fluid.
Dizziness results from fluid buildup in the ear.The buildup of fluid puts pressure on the eardrum and inner ear. This in turn affects the vestibular labyrinth, causes dizziness.
I suggest a proper evaluation by your ENT doctor to share my opinion and undergo CT scan.
Do warm saline gargles and take steam inhalation three times daily.
