Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The abdomen needs to be examined to assess for signs of peritonitis. Tenderness and rigidity need to be looked for to look for signs of acute abdomen. An ultrasound can be advised as part of the workup to determine the cause. X ray erect abdomen, CBC , Urinalysis and ESR can also be done, based on the physical exam findings. The nature of the pain should be determined and association with menstrual cycle should also be done. For the time being, paracetamol with hyosine butylbromide can be taken for symptomatic relief. However, the abdomen should be examined, primarily before resorting to address the pain and treatment options.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
