Suggest Treatment For Sharp Fleeting Pain In The Left Breast
Question: i have fleeting localised pain in inner quadrant of my left breast. i also a dull ache in the whole breast too. it comes for weeks & then goes away for months
Breast lools perfectlh fine. This has been hsppeninh since 2012. No orher symptoms except a dull ache of whole breast and fleetinb localised pain (lasts seconds) in inner quadrant of left breast. Ive anawsreness of the ache all the time but thr locslosed pain is fleetinh. Thank you

My opinion- Mastodynia left breast Under Evaluation
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Fibroadenosis,which may give pains like this. Fibroadenosis is caused from montly hormonal changes and is observed in pre-mentsrual periods.
The fleeting dull ache pain,for seconds in inner quadrant of left breast,is mostly during premenstrual periods,if you can confirm this in next session.
If you give more details,I would suggest more tips to resolve this issue.
Being on left side,possibility of it being angina needs to be ruled out,with EKG and Cardiologist opinion.
Report if physical exertion increases such a pain in left inner breast?
Other causes need to be ruled out after Consults with General Surgeon and or with Specialist Physician/Cardiologist doctor -as need be.
Further suggestions in this regard would need more information and details from You.
Do's Suggested-
-As the complaints are without any mass/ firmness in left breast,I would suggest you to Consult Surgeon and to rule out any tumour / or mass in left breast.

Thank you. The pain is not made worse ny exercise etc. Im very frightened about it & really too scared to speak to my GP anout it. It went away on many occasions for months only to come back again. There is no history of BC in my family. No masses or lumps in the breast. I have large breasts in comparison to the rest of my body. The pain seems to start just around ovulation but ive really just started to make note of it so will monitor that. Thank you
