Brief Answer:
can take a few weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
The body aches that come with influenza may take a few weeks to go away. Taking Panadol is fine but it is also very important to drink plenty of water. Drink at least 2-3 liters daily. Avoid drinks with caffeine like sodas, tea and coffee because the caffeine dehydrates you. Avoid alcohol, it also is dehydrating. Take a multivitamin to help replenish you vitamins and also some extra vitamin C could be helpful. Make sure you are eating enough food and getting enough rest. Do some walking each day as well.
I hope you are feeling better soon

Brief Answer:
Exercise and meditation, yoga

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Body aches are common with influenza. However you can also have body aches due to psychological stress and anxiety. if you think the body aches are not due to your influenza, but due to stress, and the best thing to do is exercise, meditate, and possibly do some yoga. if the body aches are due to influenza, they should resolve within a few weeks. I hope you're feeling better soon.
