Brief Answer:
Possible Acute surgical Pancreatitis,need ERCP

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

Your symptoms could be probably related to Sub acute episodes of Pancreatitis.

In your case back flow of bile into the pancreatic duct and cause severe pain.

So in order to confirm this, one needs to undergo ERCP(an endoscopic procedure).

This procedure will highlight Stent status and hepato biliary anatomy providing clues to further management.

Continue with Welchol and Prevalite as prescribed and take Tab.Tramadol 50 mg additionally to control your pain.

Post your further queries if any,
