Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, the stomach region pain associated with diarrhea points towards gastroenteritis. Fluid replacement should be done to avoid dehydration. If there is associated nausea and vomiting then intravenous fluids and medication would be required. If rehydration alone doesn't lead to improvement and there is evidence of food poisoning or bacterial cause then antibiotics would also be required. If the diarrhea is mild and the main issue is epigastric/stomach pain then PPIs like omeprazole , pro kinetics such as domeperidone along with antispasmodics would be required.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
