Brief Answer: Drug's like pregablin and Methylcobalmine helps Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query . I have gone through the detail description of your suffering. Please tell me about the drug’s you are taking in the follow up query? Beside pain is there numbness or weakness of grip? The drug’s given in pain of cervical origin usually are pregablin/gabapentin along with methylcobalmine. Regarding osteoporosis (softness of bone) which could be the cause of your shoulder pain, you may have calcium, vitamin D, and bisphosphonate drugs along with neck and shoulder exercise. A short course of cortisone also helps. Since, the above mentioned drugs are prescription drug’s, to have them discuss and contact your local doctor. Physiotherapy by way of TENS and short way diathermy also help. Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query. Regards
