Suggest Treatment For Severe Scrotal Itching

Question: two days ago my scrotum started itiching and now it seems to have something which resembles a gray rash and seems to be spreading.can you help

I am Dr. Kakkar( Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You seem to have developed scrotal dermatitis. I woukd like to know whether it is dry or due you have any discharge/ oozing? I would prefer if you can uplpad an imabe of the rash in "Reports Section" so that I am able to guide you better.

it is dry and itiches alot especially at night

Oral antihistamine and topical steroid cream

Thank you.

You have scrotal dermatitis - Lichen Simplex Chronicus ( LSC ).
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily. It is a prescription steroid.
In addition you may also take an oral antihistamine e.g tab. Ceterizine 10mg for symptomatic relief from itching.
