Brief Answer:
May need anti histamines and antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, the pattern of symptoms supprt the diagnosis of allergy though other causes of chronic respiratory symptoms like cystic fibrosis but less likely.

Most probably it seems to be allergic exacerbations superimposed by infections. You may need to use anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine alongwith monteleukast as it's not helping alone.

Also nasal decongestant and steam inhalations will help. If symptoms persist short course of antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin may ne needed too.

Meanwhile avoid direct exposure to cold and dust and avoid greasy and oily meals or fizzy drinks.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
