Brief Answer:
Migraine condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,

From the description that you have provided, you seem to be having a migraine condition. Migraine presents with unilateral headache, causes of which can be multi- factorial, and may also differ from person to person.

I would enlist some of the mot common triggers for migraine:

- exposure to sunlight
- excess stress
- skipping meals
- diet factors: tea, coffee, chocolates
- inadequate sleep
- exposure to loud noise
- disturbance in vision

It is advised to identify your triggers and avoid them to the maximum.

Meanwhile, I would also suggest you to take a course of medicines as a prophylaxis ( to prevent further attacks). But before that, I need to know the frequency of your migraine attacks- how many times a week or month?

Also specify if you have any visual disturbances.

Kindly revert back with your answers,

Regards
