Brief Answer:
Melaglow

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Elsone is an irritant which has caused inflammatory reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like mometasone.
It gives good response within a week.
If still there is redness you can use it in consultation with your doctor.
For pigmentation you can use a milder skin lightening cream like melaglow.
It is non allergic in nature.
This cream should be used after inflammation subsides.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
