Brief Answer:
Visit the ER as soon as possible!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HCM for query!

systolic blood pressure less then 90mm of hg is a warning sign, your blood pressure and pulse recordings are far below the normal ,severe hypotension and bradycardia ,The cause of severe hypotension should be ruled out as early as possible.
Advice
Blood pressure should be recorded manually as machine readings are some times not correct
Few base line investigation of cardiology like -
2d echo-To rule out cardiac failure ,myocardial infarction and to see the pumping actions of the heart.

Tread mill test once blood pressure returns to normal to rule out cornonary artery diaease .

How ever right now in would advice you to visit the ER ,where routine investigations have to be done along with ecg at the earliest.
