Could be due to Stone either in Kidney or Ureter .Needs investigated

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted pain in loin associated with nausea and vomiting that you have is most likely to be due to presence of stone either in Kidney or Ureter and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis depending upon size of the stone, site of the stone and back pressure changes in kidney due to stone etc.
