Question: I have pain in left side back shoulder. Done ECG & 2D echo the reports are normal as per doctor review
Please let me suggest what should I do further

Have you got your blood sugar tested?

It could be a localised problem with the nearby muscles.

Avoid lifting arm above shoulder level or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Perform physiotherapy for shoulder strengthening exercises.

Do get an AP and Axial Xrays of the affected shoulder and upload for my review.
