Brief Answer:
Please send the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Firstly, 46 years is not an contraindication for total knee replacement.

People aged more than 60 can be considered for the surgery.

If you have any other health concerns which are the reasons for postponing the surgery, I would like to know.

Please send the recent blood test reports or any other surgical reports to YYYY@YYYY

Brief Answer:
Knee replacement is indicated

Detailed Answer:
HI,

Thanks for the report.

Yes, it explains the extent of damage and knee replacement is indicated.

I do not consider your age is a factor to postpone the surgery.

If you have any other medical conditions, please share the information about the same.

Regards,

that is the problem here in XXXXXXX Arizona orthos do not want to do total knee Replacements on anybody under the age of 60 because the factor of having them replaced again is likely. and robotic-assisted knee Replacements are not covered by most insurance policies here I have tried EVERY set of steroids and Suparts synovial injections and PT for 4 years... NO RELIEF. .. it's to the point I get stopped in my tracks with pain so severe. .. I have went to every in network ortho yep they say definitely need replacements but "I am not confident in taking the case or and only do scope"... can't take anti-inflammatory due to Xeralto and am at THE END OF MY ROPE

I am really sorry

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Here in XXXXXXX we operate based on the damage elicited irrespective of age. Yes., the possibilities of rexploration are high hence postponed but not at the cost of unbearable pain to the patient.

Wish you goo health.
