Brief Answer:
Gabapentin dose could be increased.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Neuropathy symptoms are improved after the correct treatment of the cause (example diabetes, nerve compression, lack of vitamins B group etc.).

In cases where the causative condition isn't known, symptomatic treatment with Gabapentin, pregabalin, amytriptilin etc. is used.

I think, since there is localization only in one leg, nerve compression ( tunnel syndromes) could be at least partially, evaluating this possibility with nerve conduction study and eventually relieving the compression surgically is one treatment way.

Other options include increasing the dose of Gabapentin by 3x300 mg daily, or starting a new regimen with PREGABALIN 2x 75 mg daily initially.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
