Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Redness In The Toes
Question: I have SEVERE pain and redness in my little toe, my instep is swollen and the side of my foot hurts. I have had no injuries or accidents. please help!

By the symptoms you have mentioned, your toe nail could have got infected which is spreading up in the foot.
Please give liberal amount of hot fomentation on the little toe.
Also apply bactroban ointment locally.
If you have or develop fever please start using Augmentin tab. This is a prescribed medicine. Kindly get it prescribed by the local doctor.
I would also suggest you to get a soft tissue scan around the toe
