Brief Answer:
Meet an ophthalmologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible glaucoma.
This is often very common amongst diabetic patients.
It can cause severe pain and even loss of vision .
I therefore suggest that you meet up with a ophthalmology specialist as soon as possible.
Mostly eyedrops are given. But since loss of vision is quick without correct treatment and considering that often , surgery is needed, I suggest meeting the ophthalmologist as soon as possible to rule out need for surgery.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
