Question: I received my first dose of Prolia on the 12th. All day yesterday, the 13th, I experienced severe muscle weakness and a change in my voice. How long will this continue and should I contact my primary care physician?

Thanks for posting
It is a common side effect of prolia and usually subside in 3-5 days time of it own.My suggestion would be drink lots of fluid and may take paracetamol/Ibuprofen.
