Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

Question: I could use some advice on avoiding the triggers due to constant and unending migraines. If I smell paint, musk, nausea due to stress and also I have had them since I was 35 years but did not know it until age 41. certain smells, tar on highway, diesel fuel while driving and hydraulic oil really get me down. I have nausea and throwing up continuously when surgery is performed and not pleasant for nurses or me. I take Sumatriptan 50 mg only if I have to but when it reaches certain severe pain I take one and wait 6 hours before I take another no matter what. I do not mix meds with such risks because I have enough to handle.
I just wonder if I am uninformed about how to deal with the triggers . I have fibromyalgia and have had 7 breast cancer operations due to the damage of radiation made something of fibrostic cysts they usually aspirated the fluid and gets better. However, they advised me to do the needless radiology because the results was non-invasive and non-malignant. This made spaghetti where they did the radiation. My results on the pathology test was a ZERO. Now I have horrible scars and unbelievable muscle problems when I use my right arm to reach or pick up my 3 pound dog. Can you explain why they would keep this going on for so long and the surgeon redoing the inserts over 5 times and everytime an infection put me back in the hospital. Finally I changed plastic surgeon and due to discoloration and hole plus black deteriorating tissue from another hole and called the first plastic surgeon I started with and he said I interrupted his Saturday Night and chewed me out. My pink saline sticks they gave me to rinse if there was a problem was the my only option. I waited from Saturday to Wed to see the new surgeon and he immediately put me into surgery to salvage what he could. It is hard to believe but the muscle the first surgeon pulled from my back to the front and did skin graphs that were beyond the limit. Now I am better but still having problems with the muscle pulled to the front from below my shoulder blade and certain ways I move cause discomfort. I just wonder if anyone else has been done in this way and maybe a better way to work with this condition. I would appreciate you input immensely. Thank You

Brief Answer:
Take treatment and precautions as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine is primary headache and is associated with lifestyle changes.
For prevention of migraine you should follow a healthy lifestyle, good diet with fruits, adequate sleep. Avoid late night awakening, excessive tea or coffee or chocolate, missing meals.
For recurrent episodes disturbing 10 to 15 days in a month you can take prophylaxis treatment with drugs like Flunarizine, propranolol, Topiramate, Valproate or amitryptiline.
Pain killers may be taken for relief like Naproxen or Aceclofenac.
Triptans may be used for acute attacks too.
Breast surgery and complications should be treated under guidance of surgeon or plastic surgeon.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
