Brief Answer:
Take treatment and precautions as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Management of migraine requires life style modifications.
Take timely breakfast and lunch. Avoid excessive tea or coffee or chocolates.
Avoid sunlight exposure or any other aggravating factors.
Take proper sleep in night.
Prophylaxis medications like flunarizine, propranolol, topiramate, divalproate and amitriptyline can be added in combination.
If topiramate is not helping, then flunarizine and amitriptyline can be added.
Avoid taking too many pain killers as it aggravates headache and cause medication overuse headache.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
