Brief Answer:
Provide more clinical details and reports , possibility of neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in lower limbs mostly involving feet may be due to peripheral neuropathy.
The first step should be to get a nerve conduction study done.
Blood investigations require liver function test, renal function test, serum immunoelectrophoresis for myeloma, vitamin B12, thyroid profile besides blood sugar check.

Is there any skin changes, blackening or ulcers in lower limb?
Any Swelling in lower limbs, weakness, difficulty in walking or gripping footwear?
Any back pain, urinary complains?
Any symptoms in upper limbs?
Please upload all your reports regarding this.
Pain modulators like pregabalin, amitriptyline may be started with methylcobalamin.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
