Brief Answer:
Passage of stone pieces

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am , I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.. it seems that you are passing stone pieces which should be expected in the following 2-4 weeks after lithotripsy .. You should drink plenty of fluids to help the pieces pass with minimal pain . if the pain is well controlled with ibuprofen and Tylenol then there will be no need for hydrocodone but if the pain is increasing then you will need to use hydrocodone before going to bed so that you will not be annoyed with the dizziness.
If your symptoms persist then you should refer to your doctor for a prescription of an alpha blocker such as doxazosin which will help Tehran stone pieces pass easier and faster. I hope I answered your question.
