Suggest Treatment For Severe Kidney Pain After Lithotripsy
Question: Kidney has been hurting steadily for about 10 hours. Also I can't eat or drink without vomiting. I had a lithotripsy on Aug 2. Can I wait til morning to call my doctor?

You should drink plenty of fluids to help the pieces pass with minimal pain . if the pain is well controlled with ibuprofen and Tylenol then there will be no need for hydrocodone but if the pain is increasing then you will need to use hydrocodone before going to bed so that you will not be annoyed with the dizziness.
