Brief Answer:
Please don't delay any further and visit your nearest ER for immediate pain relief..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

So sorry to hear so much severe pain your going through..

No unfortunately, Aspirin won't do in this scenario..

19th September is still a month, so you need to get prompt medical attention in this regard..

Please note that severe uncontrollable pain limiting ADLS is a medical Emergency and needs prompt medical attention..

So My advice would be to call for help and/ visit your nearest ER/Urgent care for an immediate management with the help of Parenteral pain killers and analgesics(preferably opioid grp of analgesics)..

Please don't try to drive on own either, and call for help..

Taking another group of oral painkiller, at this point doesn't appear to be justified considering this severe amount of pain your in, so an Emergency and prompt management is extremely necessary..

Later on, after the acute bout settles down, another long term analgesic in the form of tablet or a sustained release trans dermal analgesic patch may be considered..

So please don't wait any more, and let me know how you stay in the due course..

My Best Wishes..

Take Care
Kind Regards
