Hi thanks for writing to healthcare magic. I can understand your concern.

Most common cause of itching in testicle is fungal infection.

Wearing tight clothes, working in humid environment etc. lead to excessive sweating and fungal infection.

It will be better to use loose cotton undergarments. Keep area dry as far as possible. You can use antifungal powder such as candid for this. It is available on counters. You may apply cream such as candid b for rapid relief. Use it for a short duration only.

In case if there is no results you may need to take oral antifungal for which you need to consult a dermatologist.
