Brief Answer:
Topical antihistamine will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

Nipple itching is common in pregnancy.

This should not be major major concern.

It is important not to press the nipple and remove out fluiud as it may predispose her to infection.

To control the itching, I generally recommend my patients topical creams IVAREST.Apply bit thrice daily. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.

Thank you
