Brief Answer:
Acute mastoiditis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be acute mastoiditis. An ENT doctor needs to be consulted to examine the affected right ear and its adjoining lymph nodes. Antibiotics, antihistamine, decongestants, NSAIDs and I.V steroids can be advised based upon the severity of the inflammation. You can take ibuprofen for the pain for the time being. Acetaminophen is also fine to take for now.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
