Get Serum uric acid.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Your heel pain is most likely to be due to Plantar fascitis only. However the pain of how needs evaluation for rise in uric acid.
I would advice in such case to get your Serum Uric Acid done.
If that comes high we would treat it.
For the purpose of pain relief anti inflammatory analgesic like Diclofenac helps greatly.
You should also wear soft soles to give rest to your plantar sole area.
You may require a cortisone shot if not relieved.
