Brief Answer:
Needs work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. International headache society has 214 pages of headaches classification. There are thousands of causes that can cause headache. headache not responding to medication and lasting for more than a month should be sorted out for the cause.

two commonest causes are tension type headache and migraine headache. Apart from it, many other factors like foods, alcohol., red wine, poor posture, change in sleep or lack of sleep, skipped meals and stress can cause it.

Sinuses infection like sinusitis, congested air ways, dehydration, ear infections an da long lis tof neurological conditions can cause headache.

It is a crime for a doctor to send a patient back home with out labelling it for a cause. And to sort out the cause it needs a detailed clinical correlation and work up and that is some thing beyond the scope of discussion on this portal and would need a neurologist for the mangement so get one.

i hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
