Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia could be a possible cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Androgenetic alopecia is the most common cause of thinning and hair loss in males and manifests mainly in the frontal, mid and vertex portion of scalp as varying grades of alopecia. This is also associated with receding anterior hair line and an M shape of anterior hair line. Home remedies are not going to help. Minoxidil 5% solution and oral finasteride tablet are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia in males. Goal is to start treatment as soon as possible so as to arrest further progression and sustain improvement with preferably life long treatment.

Regards
