Question: I applied a hair XXXXXXX on my Scalp Hair 2 days back on Sunday Night at around 9 pm. Next day morning I started getting itching in the morning and then my head started swelling and now the swelling has come to my right eye. I went to chemist as I suspected allergic reaction and he suggested LCZ. I took that medicine today afternoon but my swelling is still there. I am worried. Please help Urgently

By your history and description, you are mostly having severe kind of allergic reaction due to hair XXXXXXX
You should take oral steroid (methyprednisolone) first.
Also take combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) instead of plain antihistamine (levocetrizine).
Apply ice packs on swollen parts.
Do rub itching part.
