Brief Answer:
Hair and vitamin supplements and anti hairfall serum

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached reports.
Hair loss can be due to ferritin deficiency in the body.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take vitamin D supplements like arachitol nano solution weekly for 8 weeks followed by monthly for 6 months. This will correct vitamin D deficiency.
For ferrtin deficiency you can continue with tablet hemfer xt daily for 3-4 months.
Also use an antihair fall serum like anaboom antihair fall serum twice daily on the scalp and hair supplement tablets like tablet keraglo XXXXXXX or tablet hairbless once daily for 4-5 months.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Thanks.

Last question as you have suggested vitamin D supplements like arachitol nano solution , let me know which one will be better to take the one suggested by you or Bon DK 60K? Kindly suggest better one for me and which has less side effects.

Also for keraglo XXXXXXX or hairbless tablet shall i take one tablet once a day? It will be after food right? Do either of the tablets have any side effects?

Brief Answer:
Vitamin D and hair supplements don't have side effects,

Detailed Answer:
Vitamin D doesn't have side effects.
You can take either of the two as both are equally effective.
Yes you need to take either keraglo XXXXXXX or hairbless tablet once daily after food.
These are simply hair supplement tablets containing vitamins and minerals and don't have any side effects.
