Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to candesartan adverse effects.

I recommend consulting with your prescribing doctor and discussing the possibility of switching to another antihypertensive drug, as it seems that your not tolerate well candesartan.

You can turn back to amlodipine and increase the dose if the previous dose did not hold your blood pressure under control.
