Question: I have been feeling very fatigued for the past week or so. I don't want to eat; everything seems to upset my stomach. I also have SPMS and am taking Nuvigil and Cymbalta. I have absolutely NO energy! Thank you, XXXXXXX

Please clarify if you mean Secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis when you mention SPMS? Nuvigil (armodafinil) and Cymbalta (duloxetine) seem to be given with a different purpose. A proper clinical evaluation is required to identify the condition that you have. Based on the findings, unless the underlying cause is treated properly, disability may result. So, I would strongly insist you to visit a neurologist and to get yourself evaluated.

You would also need to get your thyroid profile checked as low thyroid levels can lead to a feeling of having 'no' energy.
