Brief Answer:
You need to get your BP checked

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The first thing to do is to get your blood pressure checked. Low or fluctuating blood pressures could give rise to such symptoms. You also need to get yourself clinically examined and should visit a doctor for the same.

Let me know your blood pressure and I would guide you further.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to a problem involving the inner ear

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. If your BP is normal and stable, the next possibility to consider is vestibulocochlear imbalance (problem in the inner ear) which can often arise due to certain viral infections In such a case medicines like betahistine or cinnarizine taken for a couple of weeks should provide relief. Please discuss with your doctor. A neurological examination is also essential.

Could be due to a viral infection. But it is no use beating about the bush. It would be a better idea to get yourself evaluated by a doctor.
