Brief Answer:
Lactulose suspension will improve; if not then visit hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them.

I would suggest you to try lactulose suspension 10-15 ml thrice a day for 1 days. If consistency does NOT start to improve then i would recommend you to visit hospital once. doctor will perform digital rectal examination to check if hard stool is present in anal canal or not. If present then he will give some glycerin spoustries which will gradually reduce the severity. If with lactulose, constipation improves then you can take it for another 2-3 days to relieve it completely.

I would also recommend you to set an appointment with a general surgeon for examination of piles. Further treatment for piles will depend upon the grade of disease.

Following general care will help to reduce constipation in future:
1. Try to defecate at the first urge. Do not hold it for a longer period.
2. Take high fiber diet & fruits.
3. Avoid junk & fatty food.
4. Take good quantity of water & fresh juices.
5. A 30-45 mins walk/jog in the evening will keep you fresh & healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
