Brief Answer:
Possible disc prolapse? Require MRI spine for further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

As per your clinical symptoms, you possibly seem to have prolapsed intervertebral disc if the vertebral column, that is compressing the spinal cord.

It's very important that you get an early MRI scan of the total spine to assess the accurate location and degree of disc prolapse.

Further management If any (medical vs surgical) is largely based on test results.

Meanwhile, I advise you to take Oral pills of Methyl cobalamin 1500mcg once daily for 1 month along with pain controlling medications like Pregabalin 75 mg and Aceclofenac 100 mg for 2 weeks.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
