Brief Answer:
Please send X-ray or MRI reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your past details, and current problems.

Please upload the report of X-Ray, CT scan or MRI reports of the spine after the surgery.

This would help us decide the best course of action.

Brief Answer:
Second surgery is not needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back and sending CT scan reports. You do not need second surgery.
Medicines such as Pregabalin capsules should be started. Physiotherapy would also help.

Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
You can lead a normal life.

Detailed Answer:
The screw would not cause any problem. You can drive a two wheeler carefully. Use a lumbar belt while driving. Avoid lifting heavy weights and bending forwards.
In future, we do not expect any problems.
