Brief Answer:
Muscle spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in back can be due to muscle spasm, rib injury or due to nerve problems.
The type of pain you have described is most likely due to muscle spasm.
If there is no bleeding or cramping, then it will not affect the pregnancy.
You should take rest, apply local analgesic ointment for 2-3 days.
If not relieved, then you should consult your OBGYN for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
