Brief Answer:
You need MRI spine to see for nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
Your chronic pain since 6 month indicate possibility of nerve compression in spinal canal leading to back and shoulder pain.
Thats good that you have no cardiac involvement.
I will advise you MRI spine and EMG NCV study for diagnosis.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and matrix therapy may help you.
Local nerve root block under C Arm guidance will help you after MRI.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Dizziness can be due to nerve root compression

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have sympathy for your chronic pain,

There is possibility of nerve [channels which carry impulse] compression on left side leading to pain and heaviness only on left side.
Dizziness can be due to nerve root compression in upper neck area. [area from where nerve start in spine].
Fatigue can be due to deficiency of vit D or vit B12 or Haemoglobin.
Blood test will help you in diagnosis.

In fibromyalgia you will have symptoms on both sides so possibility of it is less likely.

I will advise you MRI spine [investigation] and EMG NCV [study for nerve function] study for diagnosis.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and matrix therapy may help you to get early relief. [You can consult physiotherapist for this]
Local nerve root block under C Arm guidance will help you after MRI. [Involved nerve can be relieved by local injection which can be localized with help of machine]

Many of my patients get relief from fatigue by yoga pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also due that.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

That’s good that your EMG-NCV study is normal.

Muscle pain in T1 T2 area can lead to dizziness.

I will also advise CT angiography of neck and head if MRI spine is normal.
If you have done MRI spine send report or film to me.

Venous clot can lead to dizziness and left sided heaviness which can be ruled out by CT angio.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
