Brief Answer:
Following causes for being lightheaded&management strategy...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

You are reporting to :
- be experiencing light headed (not dizzy)
- walking as you are slightly drunk
- be taking medications for heart disease (atenolol, baby aspirin); anxiety (bupropion, alprazolam); low thyroid (levoxyl)

Being lightheaded might be due to oscillations in:
- blood pressure (bp)
- blood sugar levels (bsl)

I advise to measure your bp and bsl to evaluate respective changes in order to adjust the dosage of the medications you are currently having for high bp.

Next, a complete blood count is needed to rule out anemia and other blood disorders as possible side effects of aspirin.

A complete cardiac check up is required (e.g. ecg, echocardiogram) to evaluate your heart and blood vessels.

Biochemistry tests (e.g. lipid profile testing, thyroid function test) are needed for further evaluation.

After analyzing respective results, we can determine the right cause.
You can discuss my recommendations with your doctor to decide the best management strategy for your problems with being lightheaded.

All the best!
