Brief Answer:
Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to start capsule doxycycline 100 mg twice daily and apply gel containing benzoyl peroxide and adapelene on the pimples at night for one hour and then wash your face with plain water.
Besides this use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily.
These medicines need to be continued for a long time around 3-4 months under the supervision of the doctor and depending on the response.
Since acne is a chronic disease, it will take time to resolve.
These are prescription drugs and you need to consult a doctor in person to get them.
Also keep your face dry, avoid oiling of scalp, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic and reduce the intake of sugary foods.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
